— Our Approach to Personal Care
Dignity Is Non-Negotiable
Q: Are personal care services available every day?
A: Yes. We offer flexible scheduling from a few days per week to daily support or 24-hour care depending on your loved one’s needs.
Q: Is personal care covered by any insurance or government programs?
A: Personal care may be eligible for coverage under Medicaid Waiver, VA benefits, long-term care insurance, or Community Long Term Care (CLTC) programs. Contact us to discuss your situation.
Q: Will my loved one have the same caregiver each time?
A: We prioritize consistency. Wherever possible, we assign a consistent caregiver to build familiarity and trust with the client.
Q: Are your caregivers trained for personal care specifically?
A: Yes. All Beyond Care caregivers are either certified in their field or have documented home care experience. They complete orientation and ongoing in-service training that includes personal care procedures.
